Refund policy

At Sakuri™, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Here's how to process your return:

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please make sure to obtain a return tracking number from the carrier. Keep the return tracking number for your records.
  4. The customer is required to pay for the shipping costs of the return.
  5. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.
  6. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer, Free replacements on any products that are damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team to make a claim.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
